Who can become a Tirthya partner?
Hotels, guest houses, homestays, room providers, dharamshalas, cab and tempo operators, restaurants, home-food providers, photographers, local tour providers, puja samagri sellers, shops and other relevant local service providers can apply.
Is every partner listing published immediately?
No. Partner and listing information can go through a review process before the listing is activated on Tirthya.
Can a hotel add different types of rooms?
Yes. The Tirthya marketplace is designed to support multiple room types under one hotel, with separate pricing, photos, guest capacity and availability.
Can I list more than one service?
Yes. Partners can build their presence around the services they provide. The available listing structure will depend on the category.
What documents are required for transport partners?
Transport listings can require vehicle verification documents such as RC and valid insurance. These documents are used for verification and are not intended to be shown publicly to customers.
How will I know when a customer books my service?
Approved partners will receive booking information through their partner account, and Tirthya will also send booking notifications to the responsible partner's registered email address.
